"Lovely humans, making delicious pub food. Phenomenal curds, awesome western burger... Tied for best club sandwich in Las Vegas. You know why you can't beat the North Las Vegas Tailwinds cafe? Spicy fries makes it a tie. Your club tastes better, but also 1/2 a Centimeter less would make it fit in my mouth. Theirs fits They tie on a technicality, You have the best tasting sammich"

Honestly blown away by this place. The service was friendly and welcoming right away, and the food was far better than you’d expect from a neighborhood bar. I had the Reuben, my friend had a burger (one of the best they’ve ever had!), and the karaoke host kept the energy fun all night. Great vibes, great people—definitely coming back!

Blue Ox Tavern is a true neighborhood hidden gem with a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere and excellent food. The pork belly burnt ends, crispy tater tots, refreshing cocktails, and warm churros with chocolate dipping sauce were all standouts, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. Great value and definitely worth a visit.

Centrally located and perfect for meeting up after work. We ordered the spicy green beans, cheese curds, and a grilled cheese—everything was fantastic. The green beans were crispy and not greasy, the cheese curds came with an amazing chunky blue cheese dip, and the grilled cheese was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Great service from Eric, a fun atmosphere with pool and darts, and not smoky at all. Highly recommend!

“Tried the Grilled Cheese today—luscious, melty, and perfectly buttery, with plenty of pickle chips and a hot cup of smooth tomato soup. The crispy battered fries hit the spot too. Diane and I started with tempura shrimp—golden, hot, and delicious with the sweet & spicy chili sauce. She loved her Prime Rib French Dip with au jus. Service was great, and everything we had was top-quality.”

“Our server, Gail was very friendly! She made some great recommendations. I got the Mushroom & Onion Burger with Swiss and the hubs got the Blue Cheese Burger with bacon. His was very zippy with flavor and mine was delicious and mellow-both good choices. Love the Skee-Ball and pinball machines. Cute décor with lots of booths, which we like. Definitely a nice time.”
